Fretbound is built by one person. Mail goes to a human and usually gets an answer within a couple of days.

Before you write

If something looks wrong on the fretboard, it helps to know your tuning, whether you have left-handed mode on, and which note naming you use: letters, solfège or German. Those three settings account for most of what looks like a bug.

Your data

What Fretbound stores and what it does not is set out in the privacy policy. The short version: practice history is yours, audio is analysed on your device for the tuner and for Walk mode's spoken answers, and never recorded or sent anywhere.
